Moved from Maryborough to Hervey Bay nearly three years ago but still go back to Francis Family Doctors to see our GP. Reception staff are always very friendly, always greeting you by name and asking after the family. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, however that just means that they are taking their time with the previous patient and not rushing them through to keep on schedule...one day that could be me or a loved one that needs that extra time and I would hope the person after me understands that. Would recommend Francis Family Doctors for anyone new to the area or someone wishing to change their GP.

Always prompt service when I ring up for an appointment for myself and my family. The staff go out of their way to make sure our needs are met with inquiries, results and appointments. We thoroughly recommend this surgery.

A few years ago, we relocated to Maryborough (RV Homebase) from Brisbane.At that time, doctors clinics were very busy, and we had to do a bit of enquiring to find a clinic that would be happy to accept us as clients.Thankfully, Francis Family Clinic were very accommodating in giving us their time and attention.The admin. staff have been very efficient, thoughtful, and always give us a cheery reception by our name.The doctors (we are patients of two) are attentive, caring and professional.We are promptly contacted regarding results of tests.All this is an important reason we have been delighted with our relocation to Maryborough.Bob and Lyn V.
