Horrible Customer Service!!! Horrible manager!Maybe one of the shop assistants placed a wrong tag on one of the items I bought. But I had the manager yell at me for not 'reading the tag'. Instead of yelling, please do your job.I would've appreciated it if she spoke to me - instead of yelling. Thank you
Just love the reject shop always has goodies in there so just a delight to shop there
I have shopped in at this business often when the longevity of the product is not that important. When I want something to last a longer period of time the I am prepared to pay a little more and get a better quality product. Don't get me wrong because there is nothing wrong with the items on sale at the Reject Shop, it's just that they don't stand up the abuse better quality products can.
I'm a bargain Hunter so the Reject shop is one of my go to's when buying new. Parking out front. I bought a fan it stopped working. Staff replaced with apology and great service.
The best service in town. The staff understand that when a person is disabled we need understanding. And sometimes a little help. This store helps disabled people. Awesome stuffThank You all staff.
