Terrible. Not only is this store badly lit and never seems to have the things you're looking for, the customer service is appalling. The staff were not helpful in any sense and made you feel uncomfortable with snide comments. 0/10 would not recommend this store, or any other Harvey Norman store, as you can find what you're looking for at other places for cheaper. Don't throw your hard earned cash into this gutter.

You also get local backup and support if something goes wrong with the product you have purchased.
Never has anything i want. Store to small and dark. Hardly stocks anything. Its better to go to the Hwrvey Bay store.
