horrible service centre rip off merchants just looking to take your moneyinstalled a new engine which broke down in 10000 k's and they denied all ownership now have 25k van that doesn't run at all

Feeling unbelievably grateful for the team in Maryborough, went in for a re-gassing and once they'd done it we'd realised it was something to do with my compressor which will ultimately cost me $$$ making the gassing pointless. This left me distraught and in tears where the beautiful team said to not worry about paying for the gassing work they did today. So unbelievably grateful, especially when it's an already expensive time of the year for them to do that for me. So blessed and so thankful, will definitely go to them again and definitely recommend! Thanks guys xo
Nicest people in the business. They really do go out of their way to make sure they can do everything for you. Very knowledgeable both front office and workshop staff. If you look after your vehicle and want to keep it that way, these are the people to work with; however If you you are a difficult person to start with, if you don't look after your vehicle, and you want someone to perform some sort of extraordinary magic on it for the price of a packet of smokes, you'll probably find the result will be just same anywhere you take it. Keep up the good work Ultratune Maryborough!! A+
Absolutely horrible service centre. Would not recommend ANYONE to come here unless you're completely brain dead. Came in with a problem to the car. Was told it was "this" problem, so they supposedly "fixed it" for $750.00. But no, it wasn't fixed so I bring the car back in then they say it's "that" problem so again they supposedly "fixed it" and yet they had the NERVE to charge me an extra $326.00. Just pathetic. NOW realizing, driving home from work, that the problem still ISN'T FIXED!!!!!!!! OMFG. Talk about being a USELESS Service Centre. I'm certainly wanting a full refund from these bunch of useless AMATEURS!! Just absolutely pathetic!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I WANT TO TAKE MY CAR HERE!!! Looking forward to talk to someone high up and hopefully they'll make sure Ultra Tune Mechanics aren't getting their licenses from cereal boxes!!
