Had been taking my car for services here for over a year and decided to take it elsewhere for another service and many long term issues were highlighted to me that Ken Allen and his team didn't identify or didn't bother telling me about. I also tried taking it back to him to ask him to investigate a potential issue with his work but he refused and was quite rude. No matter the situation, I would never expect a business owner to speak to a customer in the way that he did. His invoices are also hand written and hard to read. Would not recommend
