She is professional, a people person, knows her stuff and always looks out for my best interests. The quality of a property manager really has direct affect on the investment/rental process, especially in my situation (being interstate), so I am thankful to have her acting on my behalf.I can not recommend her services highly enough.Thank you for all you do Julie!
I would never lease my house through One Realty again and would not recommend them to anyone! My house was left with a dirty oven and no light (I had this oven installed recently) dirty walls, dirty curtains, broken fly screens on 2 windows a dint in the toilet wall where the door handle hit it, hair in 2 of the vanity draws, dirty cupboards and dirty windows. I chose to go through a realestate as I had a bad experience renting privately. After the first tenants a few damages where missed. Therefore, I requested family members to attend the final inspection in my absence as I lived 1800kms away. This request was declined and the senior property manager stated that she would take photos of everything and that the house would be left clean. I was only given some of the photos I requested. I was notified that the house was clean after a few issues being rectified.Leasing my house through One Realty was a huge mistake, next time I endeavour to chose a less careless senior property manager and realestate.
Lorrin at reception on Saturday was extremely helpful, prompt and polite. I would recommend renting and directing all enquiries through her. Keep up the AMAZING work Lorrin!
