I had recently moved to Maryborough and went to Priceline. The first time i was putting scripts in and was greeted by a trainee who was being taught by another young lady.They were lovely, and i was happy to be patient because everyone has to start somewhere. On my next and FINAL VISIT i had a woman late middle age i do know her Name, Who was abrupt and even asked me, about one script, DO YOU REALLY NEED THIS !!!!. That was just one issue, she is not a Doctor. When i pointed out that my sir name had been spelled incorretely, her answer was , well its only 1letter. Also a script that had been done was incorrect, it was an authority script for a double amount and i only received 1 box. This woman said oh well i'll get it checked. Not one single, oh oops we will fix that , let alone a sorry, our mistake. So dissapointing.
My health requires me to take many varying medications . I have found the staff very informative, helpful and ensure my medication rolls/packs are done on time and correctly. I feel very confident in their dispensing service.
My partner went there for meds she needs urgent she was one dollar short and was declined she went to another pharmacy and they were more than happy to help out mmm what does that tell
The staff here go out of their way to help even with the smallest problems. I have not really shopped their for awhile, I must of been mad, honestly you couldn't ask for better sevice. I can ask ( what I think ) a silly question and 99 percent of the time they have the answer. Great range of products good pharmacy and at times good discounts. See you all there.

Special mention to pharmacist Christen for her personal touch and help.Love dealing with the vivacious and enthusiastic Maree. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and a real breath of fresh air. Obviously loves her job. Amazing wealth of information on perfumed and cosmetics. Made me feel I had walked into a 'chic" French perfume boutique. Real asset to Priceline.
