Great hotel clean rooms management very nice
This is the second time we stayed here. The first time was great but this time it was terrible. The bed and pillows were like rocks. The pool was green but was told it was ok to swim in. The toilet near the pool was out of service and the staff were very rude. There is no way we will ever stay here again. Will never recommend this place to anyone. And Arkana is a Latin word not Aboriginal. Kylie is the Aboriginal word for boomerang. So false advertising as well.
I have stayed at the Arkana many times now. Its a motel. Not a hotel ( to many reviews stating that its older etc, its nice its clean and every room has air con).. The staff are excellent, the price is always agreeable. They supply free milk for your morning coffee complimentary, also a well stocked reception, with water soft drink chips etc. When i come up here its my first pick for a room.
Where do I start Firstly the reception didn't honor the price advertise be agdo site for $10 we pain the extra they look like they need it. The bed was a lump could fell the springs not good at allNo hairdryer in the room like the as said and no restaurant like advertisedWhen someone else closes the door in another room the building shakesShower was goodThat was only thing that was nice about it we likedSo mayb fixed advertising and staff attitude never go there again
