I found this company totally and utterly unhelpful. I had recently moved to the area and had never had gas before. I rang them for their assistance, to be met with a total brick wall. The house had previously been serviced by them for over 10 years but I was told I had to have a Gas Compliance Certificate, but they would not/could not provide one. Then I had to provide said certificate and fill in an application form to be provided with gas I would be paying for myself and that, even if I got the Compliance Certificate, it would be well into the following week they could deliver gas (I rang on a Tuesday).I contacted another company in the area and they were so very, very helpful that I immediately decided to use them instead. They informed me that once they received said certificate and placed an order, delivery was guaranteed between 24 and 48 hours.And they were so much cheaper than Fraser Coast Gas.You have lost one potential customer and, if anyone asks me for any recommendations, you will not be mentioned.
